so here we are... moving on with life! i bid good day to you if you read this, for so often people pass each other by without saying hello. had a great weekend, and it's back to work.

and so... another year has gone by. what's new? i guess i've settled down to work here with the RSN, and getting into the swing of things. what's life like? wake up, eat, go to work, eat, work some more, eat, work some more, eat, work some more, leave and head for the gym, eat, read a book, eat and then sleep. except on saturday when i play rugby in the morning for a couple hours and spend the evenings trying to eat as many wings as i can while watching rugby at the sports bar. sundays i also spend time doing other things like spending time with the folks and all that.

looks like february might be a good time to make some changes.

i think i will wait, and someday if i can study with george again, i'll resume my study of aikido.

i was sick as a dog yesterday, first time in years, i'm guessing i ate something bad. anyhoo, i was laying on the couch feeling like a sack of shit when i had this sudden urge to call the ol' girl in arizona. not like i wanted to get together again or anything, i just wondered how she was.

time to eat some food if it'll stay down.
